I had a great time at the hotel, especially enjoying the thermal pools which were a major highlight for me. The food was of high quality and provided excellent value, making dining a pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. On the downside, I found the family entertainment options could use a little improvement, as they felt somewhat limited for the kids.
